I started my career in consulting where I worked with a broad range of companies and industries. I now work in aviation where I strive every day to ensure that American Airlines provides its customers with the very best digital customer experience. I received a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with my family.
